Enter the small world of the Indian Flames Australian Shepherds. On this website you will be introduced to our Australian Shepherd dogs (short form: Aussies) named Lana, Shadow, Summer und Whiskey. You will get information on breeding in the kennel "Indian Flames" and on our ideas about dog breeding.
Here you will also find extensive information on the Australian Shepherd which is an in many respects versatile dog breed. (Almost) Everybody will love these charming and merry dogs from the first sight. Many people immediately want to have their own Aussie, but none should rush this decision. It must be taken into account that the Aussie is a working dog and will (hopefully) always be a working dog. Only the work enthusiasm and will to please makes an Aussie be a true Australian Shepherd.
On this website you will get an overview over multiple disciplines of dog sport and ideas how to keep your dog busy. A separate section is about herding, the primary use of Australian Shepherds which is worth to be kept alive.
A section giving an introduction to some basics of genetics, with special focus on dog genetics and the dog breed Australian Shepherd, is under construction. In the future, the number of sections on different topics concerning dogs and dog keeping will increase. So it is worth to visit this website regularly!
